You’ve gone off the beaten track, and are ready to explore the potential beyond what lies in front of you. Adventure classes offer more than the basics, think creative flows, and more props to elevate your practice.
Perfect for: Beginners wanting extra challenge, to intermediate and beyond. Pre-natal.

Summit
You’re heading for the top, your mind is on the goal and nothing will stop you from getting there. We explore more advanced flows, and options, based on strength training principles.
Perfect for: Intermmediate to advanced. Pregnancy friendly.

Energy
Things are feeling a little stagnant, this is our lymphatic flow focussed class where we hero whole body movement with delicious spinal movements, and cardio flows. We always finish this class with a moment of pause and stretch.

1:1 & 2:1 Mat Pilates
To move aimlessly and unsystematically, often for a while. Our ROAM private classes is all about you, what you want to move and how you want to progress. We explore traditional Joesph Pilates repertoire, Barre principles, and strength training, with fearlessness at the forefront. Your class is encouraging and fun, as we explore your movement limits. All levels, injuries, pre-natal and post-natal can be catered for.
